Meditation can be a daunting task. Sitting in silence, with your eyes closed, trying to focus on your breath? Crazy right? I'll be honest with you, I thought the same the first time I tried, I sat down, thought about something, something else, and something more... Then i realised... Wow, i think about a lot of things.
That was my moment of realisation, the moment i discovered that my internal space was on autopilot. I have spent the past 10 years learning meditation and now i want to share this beautiful, beautiful gift with you.
The thing is; you don’t need to stop thinking, you don’t have to ‘control’ your thoughts. Meditation is simply a process of observation, allowing yourself to be fully present & experience what is happening right now!
Give yourself a daily 20 minute, 10 minute, even 5 minute break from the busyness of your life & you will notice huge shifts in a very short amount of time.
